Today’s Snapshot is a further beta candidate of the Vivaldi browser with tab fixes and support for more import options.
We’re closing in on a beta and today we have some more fixes and improvements for you to test in a new Snapshot version of the browser.
We are very close to moving on to the next quality level. Today’s snapshot is not technically a beta but… we are very close!
Time for another snapshot. Today we clean up the known tab issues from yesterday’s snapshot and bring some polish to the search field.
It has been a day since the latest snapshot, so we thought you might like another one! Today’s update features a much needed rewrite of much of our tab drag and drop code. In addition, we have also taken another step towards more reliably displaying thumbnails in Bookmarks and Speed Dials.
Another bug fixing build with quite a few important fixes, including a significant memory leak and a re-fix for IME. There are still more to come before we reach beta.
In today’s snapshot we have added support for HTML5 MP4 (H.264/MPEG-4AVC & AAC) Video and MP3 Audio. This should significantly improve site compatibility on many multimedia websites. We also fixed 15 other important issues.
Today’s snapshot continues to focus on bugfixing and polishing, as we move ever closer towards a beta. We have closed 50 of your issues since the last snapshot, with highlights including further fixes to thumbnails (with more to come) and Private Windows now displaying correctly on Mac.
