Minor update (8) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 7.8

This update includes a minor upgrade to Chromium 144 (Extended Stable Release) with back-ported fixes for security fixes from Chromium 146. It includes fixes for CVE-2026-3909 (Out of bounds write in Skia) and CVE-2026-3910 (Inappropriate implementation in V8), both of which have known exploits in the wild.
