This update fixes an issue with accessing Cloudflare backed websites.

This update includes a stack name fix and a minor upgrade to Chromium 148 (Extended Stable Release) from upstream, which in turn includes security fixes from Chromium 149.

In this snapshot we fix several issues with tabs opening in the wrong location, fix the linux apt update warning and a handful of other small details.
