Address bar feedback

Users of long-term snapshots may have noticed frequent mentions of the Address Bar in the Changelog. This feature is both essential and complex, especially for Vivaldi, as we maintain separate desktop and mobile versions. We’re working toward a unified implementation to enhance performance, though this process may introduce new issues or regressions.

If you encounter problems, we understand the temptation to disable the feature. However, snapshots exist to gather feedback and refine the stable version. To help us improve, please provide detailed reports—brief comments like “It doesn’t work” won’t be actionable. Keep testing future snapshots and share your insights so we can resolve issues early.
