Minor update (2) for Vivaldi 2.4

Today’s minor update to Vivaldi 2.4 fixes issues with the bookmarks bar, unneeded windows created on macOS, and includes a small Chromium update.

The following fixes were made since the previous 2.4 minor update:

  • [Regression][Bookmarks] Overflowed bookmarks bar appear in the wrong position (VB-50803)
  • [Regression][Mac] Extra window is spawned when detaching devtools (VB-50946)
  • [Regression][Mac] Reloading Speed Dial items causes windows to be created (VB-51084)
  • Updated translations
  • Upgraded Chromium to 73.0.3683.105
