Fully revamped ad blocker

In order to ease the use of our ad blocker, we now provide a new and improved UI across all platforms. This will allow you to easier navigate your selected blocking lists and allows you to set up multiple independent levels of blocking, each with their own options, so that you can tailor the ad blocker functionality to any site you visit. This is one more step towards our goal of providing the best possible ad blocking functionality.
