Update to Chromium 136 – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 3679.3

As with any major Chromium update, there is a high potential for regressions here, so expect some issues. Just report them below and we will get on the case. Also, you may get a warning about certain key extensions being disabled. Do not read to much into that wording, as it (and the automatic disabling) was automatically inherited from upstream, despite the statement reading ‘Vivaldi recommends’ 😆 (this happens due to certain other things being renamed from Chrome/Chromium to Vivaldi in code). We have not had the time to change this yet but wanted to get a weekend snapshot out to you anyway. We are of course still looking at some options here.
