Minor update (3) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 6.7

This update includes security fixes from Chromium upstream and resolves three other serious bugs.

The following improvements were made since the second 6.7 minor update:

[Chromium] Upgraded to 124.0.6367.166
[Crash][Developer Tools] Reloading pages with opened dev tools (VB-105711)
[Web Compatibility] Anchor elements inherit pointer-event:none from parentElement (VB-106050)
Fixed an issue that could allow injection of scriptable content into non-scripted environments (VB-105950)
