Minor update (8) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 7.0

This update includes security fixes from the ESR branch of Chromium upstream and other important fixes.

The following improvements were made since the seventh 7.0 minor update:

  • [Chromium] Update to 130.0.6723.162
  • [Crash][macOS] When downloading a QR code from the share button in address bar (VB-111886)
  • [Mail] Automatic prefetch mechanism can leave client idling in wrong folder (VB-112144)
  • [Mail] Some users are not getting new mail: follow up fix (VB-112020)
  • [macOS][Tabs] Within workspaces are duplicated on restart (VB-110134)
