Stability first, with smarter tiling — Vivaldi Browser snapshot 3885.4

In this snapshot, we attempt to address several crash fixes, most notably the frequent macOS hibernated‑tab issue. Tiling gains a new menu option and other small refinements, while Chromium is updated with the latest security patches. Have a great weekend!
