Vivaldi mejora su panel de ventanas

Ya está aquí nuestra primera actualización del año, Vivaldi 5.7 para escritorio. El panel de ventanas, una de nuestras funciones características, ofrece ahora la posibilidad de gestionar pestañas entre distintas ventanas.

En Vivaldi siempre intentamos ofrecer el mayor número de opciones posibles, para que todo el mundo encuentre la funcionalidad que necesite. Por ello hemos añadido nuevas opciones a Vivaldi Mail, nuestro cliente de correo integrado, para que puedas marcar automáticamente tus correos como leídos.

Descarga Vivaldi 5.7 para Windows, macOS y Linux para disfrutar de estas actualizaciones y otras mejoras.

El panel de ventanas sube de nivel

El panel de ventanas de Vivaldi es una de nuestras funciones características. La mayoría de navegadores tienen una barra de pestañas básica, pero Vivaldi cuenta también con un panel integrado donde puedes acceder a las pestañas de tu ventana. Esta manera vertical de ver las pestañas en el lateral de la ventana es una de las muchas maneras de gestionar tus pestañas en Vivaldi.

Hasta ahora, este panel estaba limitado a la ventana activa. A partir de hoy podrás usarlo con todas tus ventanas abiertas.

Esto es especialmente útil para la gente que suele trabajar con varias ventanas de navegación. Ahora podrás mover pestañas entre las barras de pestañas (o incluso entre pilas de pestañas) de distintas ventanas.

La herramienta de búsqueda del panel de ventanas es especialmente interesante si eres de los que acumula pestañas como si no hubiera un mañana. ¿No encuentras una pestaña, pero sabes que la tienes abierta por alguna parte? Tan sencillo como buscar y filtrar entre todas tus ventanas y pilas de pestañas para encontrar exactamente lo que estuvieras buscando en cuestión de segundos.

Otro aspecto positivo de esta actualización del panel de ventanas es que ahora puedes restaurar las pestañas cerradas de forma masiva.

Vivaldi Mail: marca tus emails como leídos de forma automática

El cliente de correo integrado de Vivaldi cuenta con infinidad de características que lo hacen único. Una de ellas es las distintas vistas que ofrece para organizar tu correo.

En Vivaldi Mail los correos son indexados y «colocados» de forma automática en vistas. Cada correo puede aparecer en distintas vistas, creando distintas rutas de acceso. En vez de almacenar un mensaje en una carpeta específica, cada mensaje puede aparecer en varias «carpetas» o vistas.

Una de las ventajas que ofrece Vivaldi Mail frente a otros clientes de correo es la variedad de estados que puedes asignar a tus correos: no vistos, no leídos, o leídos. También puedes filtrar correos en función de si los has leído o no.

Los correos no vistos son diferentes de los no leídos. La categoría de ‘no visto’ es para correos que no hayas visto nunca, mientras que ‘no leído’ es para los correos que hayas visto pero a los que aún no hayas prestado atención. Cuando terminas de leer un email, puedes marcarlo como ‘leído’ (con lo cual desaparecerá de la vista de mensajes no leídos), pero seguirá apareciendo en ‘Recibidos’ (u otras vistas) para que puedas volver a leerlo en otro momento.

En Vivaldi debes marcar los correos como leídos de forma manual (por defecto). En nuestra opinión, este pequeño cambio tiene un efecto positivo a la hora de gestionar los correos.

Dicho esto, sabemos que otros clientes de correo y servicios webmail marcan los mensajes como leídos de forma automática. Y puede que muchos de vosotros estéis acostumbrados a ello. Ya que siempre buscamos que sea Vivaldi el que se adapte a tus necesidades, hemos añadido esta opción también en nuestro navegador.

Nuevo atajo de teclado

También hemos mejorado nuestros atajos de teclado personalizables. A partir de hoy puedes crear tu propio atajo para marcar los correos como spam, sin necesidad de usar el ratón.

Mientras trabajamos en el desarrollo de funciones más sorprendentes e innovadoras para nuestro navegador (lo cual lleva una cantidad de tiempo considerable), nunca perdemos de vista las sugerencias de nuevas funciones o mejoras que nos hacen llegar los usuarios.
